Fitness Thru Rowing
This place is awesome! I was looking for a new cardio workout and I have found it! I’ve never rowed before and the instruction was excellent and I felt very welcomed. Thank you Stephen and Justin!
Haven’t felt that good after a workout since I was a competitive rower! These guys know what they’re doing and definitely make it possible for all fitness levels!
Great introduction to technique for people who have never rowed before... yet the workouts are still difficult enough for people with experience. Easy to follow along & sure to kick your butt. Way better than a spin class - rowing works your entire body and will be sure to help you achieve your fitness goals

Really like how the workouts are spread out into pieces. Justin was great about teaching technique and getting you to push yourself. This is fitness catered to YOU! Top of the line rowing machines and love that they record how many meters you row! Loved it!
