How Training Camps Work
We host six online training camps during the year to keep you ready for indoor erg races, on-water head races, and sprint regattas. Every camp is structured with three live, coached workouts for technical feedback and encouragement towards your goals. Two optional on-your-own sessions each week include follow along videos. Each rower receives custom, targeted goals for each workout, and all programming results are monitored through ErgZone.
