Training Plans
How our plans work
Each of our training plans are focused on improving your overall SPI (Stroke Power Index) for the target duration. SPI is based around the concept of EWpS (Effective Work per Stroke). A high EWpS indicates greater efficiency and translates to a faster erg and boat, making it a key focus for rowers to improve their technique and power to achieve higher speeds. All of our plans are designed to maximize your potential for each duration and race, while improving your overall SPI along the way.
Getting Started
1. Purchase your training plan below
2. Receive confirmation email with a link to schedule your introductory call
3. During your introductory call we will discuss your goals and review your training plan in the ErgZone app and perform a brief technique review
4. Start training!
