H2O - On-Water Camp + Equipment Rental

What to expect

Live2Row's first on-water rowing camp will be limited to 24 rowers and will consist of 7 on-water rows, 3 video review sessions, 2 indoor erg sessions (focused on form more than fitness), and social events. Join Live2Row coaches and co-founders Stephen and Justin as we focus on a specific part of the stroke cycle each day. Every rowing session and video review will be targeted towards improving overall rowing form, efficiency and power output. We are able to provide equipment for up to 14 scullers, using a mix of doubles and quads, and we can accommodate 10 additional rowers with their own equipment. If you wish to row a sweep boat or bring your own equipment, please reach out to a coach to coordinate details and logistics. The on-water sessions will be hosted at Lake Brantley Rowing Association at 4217 N. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, FL. The erg sessions will be hosted at Live2Row Studios, located at 2783 Old Winter Garden Rd. in Ocoee, FL. This camp is for experienced rowers only.
